SyncVoice Communications
SyncVoice provides a voice network management platform for PBXs, keyset systems, routers, and VoIP gateways. The Venture Pipeline met SyncVoice at a "venture fair," and began working with the company, in a more strategic manner. In helping "scrub" the deal, the Venture Pipeline introduced the company to Cisco Systems, who immediately took a strong interest in the company. Later, thru targeted introductions, the firm raised a $4M Series A investment from Hummer Windblad and Clearstone Ventures.

Discera
Discera is a fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops, and markets the world's smallest, most integrated, multi-frequency components for advanced RF, clock, and timing applications. Venture Pipeline was introduced to Discera thru Ardesta, which is an early-stage venture incubator, based in Michigan. Ardesta specializes in small technology development, working closely with universities and research laboratories. Venture Pipeline made targeted introductions to select west-coast VCs for the company, resulting in a $12M Series A investment from 3i Group, Partech Ventures, and Qualcomm.

Veoh
Veoh operates an internet television peer casting network. When installed, it creates a virtual television network, that is able to distribute TV-Quality, Full-Screen broadcast video to broadband devices. In this instance, Venture Pipeline was actually contacted by a venture fund, Shelter Capital, who was looking to make an investment in Veoh's space. The Venture Pipeline linked the company with Shelter Capital resulting in a $2.25M Series A investment.

Ascendent Systems
Ascendent Systems is a provider of enterprise voice mobility solutions that provide single number reachability, real-time notification and conferencing, and voice continuity. Venture Pipeline began working with Ascendent after the company had exhausted most of their venture options in their local market. Making targeted introductions into Silicon Valley, Ascendent raised a $7M Series B from ComVentures and Enterprise Partners.

Synergeyes
Synergeyes develops, manufactures and sells contact lenses that provide superior vision with optimal comfort for myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia and other complex refractive errors. In this particular case, Venture Pipeline was introduced to both the CEO and the initial Series A lead, Winward Ventures. Working in harmony with both the fund and CEO, Venture Pipeline played a key role in helping land two syndicate partners, Alloy Ventures and Innocal Venture Capital. The result was a $13.5M Series A funding.
