DLA Piper’s roots in emerging growth companies date back to the 1960s, when a handful of lawyers came together to found one of our legacy firms, Ware & Friedenrich, in Silicon Valley. The Venture Pipeline was founded in 2001 as part of our legacy firm Gray Cary. Over the past nine years, the group has developed both the tools and relationships needed to help efficiently guide early-stage companies through the fundraising process. Venture Pipeline:
